Clubs4cancer

 

Clubs4cancer was established to raise money for various Cancer Centres. Our first partner in 2008 was Southlake Regional Hospital. Southlake Regional Hospital has established itself as leader in this province and in recognition of the regional need and Southlake’s reputation for excellence in cancer care, Southlake was designated the site of a Regional Cancer Centre, as part of a province-wide network of 14 centres of excellence dedicated to accessible, high quality cancer care.

 

Upon its completion, the Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake will provide more than one million people from York Region and the surrounding areas with access to the most up-to-date knowledge and practices, provincial standards, and professional developments in cancer care.

 

Clubs4cancer presented $35,000 to Southlake Cancer Centre after its first year.
